Morris James LLP’s Business and Commercial Transactions attorneys have a national and international practice advising clients who are establishing, managing, investing in or financing business ventures that take advantage of Delaware's unique corporate, business and tax laws. In addition, we structure joint ventures and other strategic alliances involving local, national and international business partners in areas such as energy, transportation, media, entertainment and communications. We also represent clients that are purchasing, financing and/or selling businesses in Delaware or involving Delaware entities, and coordinate closely with the Delaware Secretary of State for entity, UCC and other filings.
